CCS Pro Series Carburetor Build
CCS Pro Series Carburetor Builds are for racers who want a custom-built carburetor that meets engine class standards. From 350 to 1450 cfm, we have carburetors for you. The following are some of the unique features:
- Each venturi is machined on a five-axis CNC to accomplish the exact venturi size and roundness for the specific cfm.
- All surfaces are machined to ensure positive sealing for gasket surfaces.
- Boosters are selected and machined to the fuel curve specs on an end mill and then locked after leveling.
- CNC billet metering blocks are five-hole emulsion adjustable.
- You have a choice of two or three circuits based on the engine class specifications.
- Metering blocks are blueprinted to fuel curve specs.
- The CNC billet base plates can have high flow throttle plates and screws with adjustable idle on the primary and secondary. However, there are no vacuum ports on the base plate. The base plate is Teflon-sealed with shaft-end seals.
- Lightweight aluminum fuel bowls with high flow dual inlets and dual sight classes are included on each bowl.
- Applications with 1100 HP and up include a CNC dual needle and seat float bowl.
CCS tests each custom carburetor on a Test Engine and a state-of-the-art flow bench with Audie Tech software to guarantee the necessary CFM and fuel curve are met according to your specifications.
